Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, 

an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use)

1000 KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1000 KRW when revoking your 

reservation according to the cancellation fee policy.

You can cancel your reservation on the internet by the previous day of the show day.

(You will not be able to cancel your reservation on the day of the show.) If the show's previous day is weekday, 

weekend or holiday, the cancellation is available until 5 PM, however if it falls on Saturday,

the cancellation deadline is until 11 AM. If Saturday is also a holiday, the cancellation deadline will be 11 AM. 

However, please note that reservation made on the day of show cannot be cancelled/changed/refunded upon reservation. 

Also, you cannot be cancelled if you did reservation at after 5 pm before the show day. 

(if the day before show day is saturday, deadline is 11 am.)

If you pay for creditcard, you may cancel only some of the tickets. However, some tickets do not allow such cancellation.

We recommend you to refer to 'Detailed Information' of the corresponding show.

① Go to 'My ticket' page located right top of the page. 
② Click the reservation number in the reservation list that you'd like to cancel. 
③ Click button.

* The cancellation is available only during the cancellation available time.
* Please note that cancellation fee could be imposed according to Cancellation/Refund Policy when proceeding with the cancellation.
* If the ordered ticket had already been sent out for delivery, cancellation on the webpage will not be available. However, you can still cancel through the call center if you return the ticket to our headquarters before the cancellation deadline.

The payment you had made will be cancelled after reauthorizing the cancellation fee.

If you are exempt from cancellation fee, the revocation will be made without reauthorization.

It will take from 3 to 6 business days from the cancellation day and you can check the details by contacting your credit card company.
